Shipping policy

For all orders unless it states “ready to ship” , please allow:

Turnaround Time + Processing: Estimated 2-4 weeks depending on the dimension & complexity of your design.

Certain products can be completed before the given processing time but it is decided on a case-by-case basis .

If you are not willing to wait both processing time and shipping , please do not purchase .

Shipping transit time is estimated 3-5 business days after your handmade rug has been shipped in our system .
